Accounting Operations• Handle daily accounting activities (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations)• Process invoices, payments, and expense controls• Perform accounting entries and adjustments in SAP (or similar systems)• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation2. Tax & Compliance• Coordinate with external tax advisors (commercialista/CDL) for:• VAT filings and statutory reporting• Corporate tax and compliance matters• Support INPS / INAIL / F24 related processes3. Payment & Vendor Management• Manage vendor master data and support payment workflows• Coordinate internal approval processes (e.g., GOA or similar systems)• Ensure timely and compliant payments4. Banking & Treasury• Liaise with banks for daily operations and transactions• Support cash flow tracking and payment execution5.
