This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage operational tasks effectively. /ppYou will be responsible for implementing and maintaining GDP-compliant processes, including documentation, non-conformity handling, and job accounting. Additionally, you will contribute to the achievement of AIT’s annual goals and targets by adhering to the company’s quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDealing with Customer enquiries /liliPreparing spot quotations and obtaining rates /liliReceive and review orders as per customer requirements as per AITs GDP Policy assuring product safety /liliShipment preparation and transaction as per current and valid Policies, Processes and Guidelines (see QMS) /liliImmediate non-conformity handling assuring product safety and customer satisfaction /liliDocumentation compliance as per required international conventions e.g. Air, Road, Ocean and or Customs formalities /liliShipment invoicing within given timelines and document distribution /liliCheck and accept incoming invoices and charges /liliFinalize shipment accounting and file closure /liliEnsure that within the country all internal and external customer reports/ analysis/ information are performed / established (according to valid SOPs and/ or to internal guidelines) /liliCoordinate area performance issues resolution /liliCoordinate/ address specific customer requirements within AIT Operations as per valid Policies /liliShared responsibility with the TLs to manage the ad-hoc quotations requested by customer /liliHandle additional tasks according to specific customer SOP requirements /liliSupport resolution of local NCR’s, complaints, claims /liliExecute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2-7 years Years experience in international forwarding /liliGood experience in the transportation and/or supply chain solutions ideally in the Pharmaceutical sector /liliDemonstrated work experience in process implementation, customer service and logistics preferably in/for the Life science sector. /liliExpertise in GDP related quality assurance /liliAbility to work independently and in a group environment /liliFluent oral and written English is a must /liliAdditional (major) European languages would be an asset /li /ulh3About AIT Worldwide /h3pAIT Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarder that helps its customers grow by expanding access to markets all over the world where they can sell and/or procure raw materials, components, and finished goods.
