This role ensures cost-efficiency, quality, and compliance while supporting operational needs and maintaining high brand standards. The Purchasing Manager reports to the Director of Finance. /ppAs Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties : /pulliSource and purchase goods, materials, and services required by all departments in a timely and cost-effective manner. /liliEstablish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring best value, quality, and reliability. /liliNegotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements. /liliMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate stock control. /liliEvaluate supplier performance regularly and take corrective action when necessary. /liliEnsure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. /liliMaintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reports for internal audits and budget tracking. /liliCollaborate closely with kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and other teams to align purchasing with operational needs. /liliIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement cycle. /liliSupervise and train purchasing or receiving staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures. /li /ulpbAs Purchasing Manager, we expect from you : /b /pulliProven experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the hospitality or luxury industry. /liliStrong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. /liliSolid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and procurement software. /liliHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. /liliAbility to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver savings without compromising quality. /liliKnowledge of local market, import / export regulations, and sustainable sourcing practices. /liliTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach. /liliProficiency in English and Italian; other languages are a plus. /liliFamiliarity with hospitality systems is an advantage. /liliDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. /li /ulpbOur commitment to you /b /pulliLearning Development.
