Main responsibilities include project setup, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, variance analysis, and reporting. /p h3Your role will encompass: /h3 ul liWork side‑by‑side with Project Managers and serve as the Finance Representative on project teams. /li liFollow up on projects’ budget and report on their financial performance and progress. /li liReview all costs to date and accrued commitments monthly and ensure accuracy and completeness. /li liPrepare revenue projections and forecast overhead expenditure as needed. /li liAssist the Finance Manager and the Controllers with preparing and monitoring budgets. /li liMaintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. /li liAssist the Finance Manager with annual audit activities. /li liInvestigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non‑compliance. /li liPrepare federal, state, local, and special tax returns under the supervision and guidance of the Finance Manager and the external tax advisor. /li liContribute to the development and implementation of accounting systems (SAP, Teamsystem Studio), programs, and procedures. /li liPerform other accounting duties and support junior staff (2 Accountants and the external accounting tax service providers) as required or assigned. /li /ul h3What you bring to the role: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. /li li7+ years of accounting experience. /li liGood working knowledge of tax laws and both OIC (ITA GAAP) in particular OIC 23 and IAS/IFRS, in particular IFRS 15, IAS 7, IAS 16, IAS 21, IAS 23, IAS 24, IAS 38, IFRS 9. /li liGood accounting and tax skills (VAT, withholding tax, CIT, etc.). /li liGood financial analysis skills (management accounting). /li liGood communication skills, both written and verbal. /li libStrong organizational and stress management skills (respect of deadlines in terms of tax compliance and calendar of reporting, IAS/IFRS compliant). /b /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. /li liGood knowledge of SAP and Teamsystem Studio. /li liAbility to manage younger members of the team and deal with controllers and project managers to collect proper information and/or documentation. /li liFluent in English (both written and verbal). /li liAttractive remuneration package. /li liFriendly and professional working environment. /li liCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increase productivity. /li /ul pWe respect your personal data.
