RECEPTIONIST - JOB DESCRIPTION - WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - The receptionist works closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience while staying at the hotel. - The receptionist handles many of the day-to-day tasks involved in running a hotel. - They may also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, resolving guest complaints or concerns in absence of the front office manager. - Needs to be familiar with customer service best practices and be able to think quickly on their feet. They also need to be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable dealing with difficult situations. - deals with front and back office activities. - RESPONSABILITIES: - Ensure efficient running of the Reception according on the Hotel’s policies and procedures - Handling the company’s finances, including reconciling accounts (direct and OTA’s) - Answering questions about hotel policies, room availability, and other customer service issues - Providing customer service to guests by answering questions about hotel amenities and services, making reservations for guests, and helping with problems - Coordinating special events at the hotel such as weddings or villa rentals, in conjunction with the Front OfficeManager - Assisting the manager with other administrative tasks such as payroll processing, accounting, and bookkeeping - Maintaining records of customer information such as contact information, preferences, and previous interactions with the companyREQUIREMENTS: - Effective communication skills - Italian and English is a must, any other language is considered a plus - Attention to detail: - Customer service: - Organizational skills: - WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS: - Working 6 days a week - Flexibility on working time - Free accommodation (10-minute drive away) - Free meals (lunch and dinner) during working days Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Retribuzione: €1.400,00 - €1.600,00 al mese Benefit: - Cellulare aziendale - Distributori automatici di snack e bevande - Rimborso Internet - Sconti sui prodotti o servizi dell'azienda Disponibilità: - Festivo - Turno diurno Retribuzione supplementare: - Piano incentivi Esperienza: - addetto/a assistenza clienti: 1 anno (Preferenziale) Lingua: - inglese (Preferenziale)
