This position reports to: Pricing Manager.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will contribute to the development and implementation of Business Analytics to maximize profit and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing business analytics tools, ensuring robust methodologies for data extraction, combination, and analysis from diverse sources to support strategic decision-making.
Owning the design and governance of interfaces, creating user-friendly tools that streamline workflows and improve cross-functional usability.
Proposing innovative AI-based solutions to fulfill business requirements by improving or replacing current tools.
Supporting the deployment and data collection of tools developed by other Business Intelligence teams (e.g., Market Intelligence).
Managing data access rights, maintaining SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal data quality, and upholding governance for user access and security.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or another data-driven quantitative discipline.
Solid analytical background, with knowledge of statistical and quantitative analysis, microeconomics, and pricing concepts.
Basic competence in mathematical modeling and optimization, with ability to apply these foundations to decision-making.
Experience with digital and Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI and/or Tableau; strong command of MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in local language and English; proactive attitude and strong team orientation.
