IT Support Specialist - Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Italy Spa
Join our dynamic and international IT team! As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the point of contact for technical support and the management of the IT infrastructure at our manufacturing plant. You will face challenging tasks, resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure maximum system efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second level technical support, resolving tickets and assisting users across all internal departments.
* Install, configure, and manage Microsoft client and server operating systems.
* Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks and virtualization environments (VMware).
* Provision PCs and mobile devices.
* Support and configure industrial terminals (barcode scanners, tablets) in production.
* Collaborate with an international team, contributing to continuous IT process improvements.
Candidate Profile:
* Passionate about technology, with strong support and communication skills.
* Diploma in computer/electronic engineering or a bachelor's degree in computer science.
* 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in multinational industrial settings.
* Solid skills in Microsoft operating systems, networks, and virtualization.
* Experience with provisioning systems (e.g., MDT, SCCM).
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and stress management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
