Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d) starting May 2026
Your responsibilities:
* Monitoring and maintaining hygiene and quality standards in rooms and public areas
* Employee management, training and motivation
* Coordination with operating departments, especially front office and maintenace
* Stocking, checking, and inventorying the minibar
* Responsibility for efficient stock management and its control (cleaning materials, hotel linen, and guest supplies)
* Conducting regular inspections to identify defects/damage
* Compliance with and review of the current housekeeping budget and personnel costs for the department (schedule and vacation planning)
* Seasonal decoration of public areas
* Responsibility for the order and cleanliness of the “back of the house” areas and ensuring basic cleaning
Your profile:
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
* Experience in leading and motivating employees
* Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Protel is an advantage
* You impress with your warmth and attention to detail
* Strong inclination towards cleanliness and high quality orientation
* Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and high flexibility
* Team player
* Written and spoken English and Italian, German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
