Summary of Role and Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Large Rotating Machines Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supporting the Sales organization on opportunity entry (also supporting the Proposal team) and order entry processes;Data analysis on Salesforce CRM and Nidec motor configurator tools;
Essential Job Functions
Experienced with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, etc.), and quick to familiarize with specific software (SF and C.o.W.);Sales Administration: update and rationalize information in Salesforce, monitor opportunities and share data and instructions with the Sales organization.Strategic planner: analyze market data, consumer behavior, and industry trends to develop long‐term goals and actionable plans together with the Sales Manager, bridging the gap between business objectives and creative execution to improve competitive advantage and drive growth.Analyze the information in Salesforce to identify trends and prepare reports upon request from the Sales organization.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceEducation and QualificationsEssential: a degree in engineering, electrical or electronics.Experience
None required, but experience with electrical motors and/or marketing is highly desirable.
Languages
Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
