Your challenge:
As a Pre-sales Technical Support you will be responsible for the Technical Support and Promotion of Digital Industry products & solutions in North Center area (Toscana, Emilia Romagna, Marche) within Digital Industry Business Function of Technical Support.
Promote and support industrial products and solutions to cooperate in customers’ automation architectures design and development
Present technical features of products and solutions in the pre-sales phase
Support technically OEMs, System Integrators and Distributors
Cooperate with the sales, marketing and business development teams in the technical promotion of automation solutions, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities
Carry out training, presentations and technical workshops to spread the know‑how with the customers
Influence the main collaborators and the customer’s “Decision makers”
Provide some insights on the customer's point of view in innovation processes
Have deep knowledge of the industrial market and the competitors’ offer
And what about the medium‑long term?
You will have the possibility to increase presence of Siemens in Industrial Market via main stakeholders in North Center Area.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Passion and readiness to new topics related to technological innovation related to Automation Systems
Degree in computer science, electronics, automation or equivalent or technical diploma
Capability to simplify and represent technical concepts to transmit them to customers and sales
Willingness to lead presentations or workshops to customers and colleagues
Knowledge about Computer Technology and Operating Systems
Knowledge about Automation Technology (controllers, inverters, …)
Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international
Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and relational skills, enthusiasm and passion
Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
Passion to never‑stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and hare knowledge
