PpJob Requisition #: LN Technical Analyst (Open) /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a seasoned IT Application Technical Analyst Administrator to support and continuously improve Greif’s global enterprise application landscape, with a primary focus on Infor ERP LN and its ecosystem. This role sits within the Global Applications Technical Support team. The main responsibility is operational excellence (run optimize) of business‑critical systems, with contributions to ongoing improvements, automation, and selected project initiatives. We seek proactive individuals who take ownership, show initiative, and drive results beyond assigned tasks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake end‑to‑end ownership of assigned application areas within ERP LN and related platforms. /li liMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and performance issues. /li liDrive root‑cause analysis and ensure sustainable fixes are implemented. /li liEnsure system stability, performance, and compliance with SLA and DR requirements. /li liMaintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational procedures. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve, simplify, or automate recurring operational activities. /li liContribute to enhancing system performance, reliability, and maintainability. /li liExplore and leverage modern technologies, including AI and low‑code tools, to improve support and efficiency. /li liSupport and maintain Infor ERP LN, Infor OS, ION, LN UI, and related platforms. /li liActively support technical implementation and enhancement activities. /li liWork closely with Integration, Development, and Infrastructure teams to support and improve end‑to‑end solutions. /li liProvide technical input during changes, upgrades, and project activities. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum of 5 years proven experience with Infor ERP LN in a technical implementation administration role. /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. /li liSolid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle databases – strongly preferred. /li liOwnership mindset – takes responsibility and drives issues to resolution. /li liProactive approach – identifies problems and improvements and takes action. /li liHands‑on and pragmatic – able to operate effectively in an operational environment. /li liContinuous learning – interest in new technologies, including AI and automation. /li liCollaboration – works well across teams and cultures. /li liExperience with automation, scripting, or DevOps practices. /liliExposure to AI‑assisted tools/agents or low‑code platforms. /li liFamiliarity with ITIL or structured support environments. /li /ul h3Important Note /h3 pThis is a technical role requiring proven hands‑on experience with Infor ERP LN in a technical implementation or admin role.
