You will partner with the manufacturing operational Leaders and the facility maintenance team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIn this role, you will: ul liSupport Campus HSE Surveillance /li liEvaluate and update the DVR document related to facility and maintenance aspect /li liCollaborate with the maintenance cell on the preparation of heat map with related defenses matrix and HSE improvement projects (road map) /li liImprove and issue HSE facility and maintenance procedures/work instructions /li liMonitor (HS and E) performance (KPI) of our main facility maintenance contractor /li liSupport the Safety Talks deployment and HSE induction /li liSupport management of HSE Concerns and incidents /li liBe responsible for JSA revision / “Non-Routinary” activities /li liBe responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up and new PPE projects /li liResponsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise, chemical risk Legionella, other) /li liAct as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the Facility and Maintenance Cell /li liBe responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in a technical field from an accredited University (preferable Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or technical diploma /li liBe familiar with HSE operations within the OilGas or Energy Industry /li liHave basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards /li liKnowledge with HSE operations on Facility/Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing) /li liHave preferably ASPP qualification /li liDemonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills /li liBe able to communicate fluently in Italian and English /li liHave good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills /li /ul h3Work style /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
