The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the plant and office facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety and functionality of all systems. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport general building maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems. /li liControl and manage the green area; conduct roof inspections. /li liMonitor and report issues with windows, doors, frames and gates. /li liSupervise cleaning activities for production and office areas. /li liMaintain air compressors and air‑compressor circuit. /li liMaintain and control the HVAC system for the plant and offices. /li liOperate the nitrogen generator, ensuring proper functioning for production lines. /li liInspect and maintain water systems, cleaning and purging pipelines (sewage, sanitary). /li liMaintain the fire suppression system. /li liMonitor security systems, including intrusion detection and fire safety. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience as a facility maintenance engineer. /li liStrong knowledge of technological systems such as air‑compression, HVAC, nitrogen generation and water systems. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical documentation. /li liGood organizational skills and ability to work in a team. /li liWillingness to perform operational intervention and supervision on site, including weekends. /li /ul h3Contract Hours /h3 pPermanent contract with a base salary between 30,000 and 40,000 EUR.
