You will serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales, product managers, customer support, engineering, and operations teams worldwide, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, is passionate about customer experience, and is driven to deliver results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. /ph3What you will do: /h3ulliPartner directly with customers to understand their needs, define product requirements, and identify opportunities for innovation and future development. /liliTranslate customer specifications into actionable engineering solutions, ensuring designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and aligned with performance standards. /liliLead application engineering efforts, including product validation, testing, and documentation. /liliProvide technical support to internal teams including marketing, sales, engineering and manufacturing, ensuring alignment across all phases of the product lifecycle. /liliManage requests for Engineering Action (REAs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and deviations with accuracy and timeliness. /liliEvaluate and recommend materials, components, and processes to enhance product performance and profitability. /liliWorking closely with customers to provide customized solutions with a win-win approach to maximize the value add through our engineering solutions to differenciate from competitions /liliProvide accurate and timely quotations to customers /liliDeliver technical training and support to customers and internal stakeholders. /liliCollaborate across global teams to drive continuous improvement and share best practices. /li /ulh3We are looking for: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. /liliMinimum 3-5 years of experience in applications or product engineering, preferable in a manufacturing or electromechanical environment. /liliExperience in customizations engineering, customized solutions, prototypes, quotations is preferred. /liliExperience in linear motion products, lead screw, stepper motor, linear actuators, rotary motors, brushed and brushless DC motors, linear rail and guide systems, motion systems is a plus /liliFluency in English required; additional language skills relevant to markets are a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of manufacturing methods, electromechanical systems, and engineering design principles. /liliProficiency in MS Office; experience with SolidWorks is a plus. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures. /liliA proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /liliA customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and technical solutions. /liliWillingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally. /li /ulpAMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions servinga diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.5billion. /ppAMETEK is committed to making a safer, sustainable, and more productive world a reality.
