You’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. /p pThe Data Centre Global Engineering Operations organization is looking for an individual with proven and tested leadership skills to help bring to fruition a newly developed Facilities Operations Centre (FOC). The FOC is responsible for 24x7 monitoring of the data centre’s physical infrastructure and will serve as a facilitator for all Large Scale Events (LSEs) and Critical Site Events (CSEs). This role will also be the central monitoring location for the facility electrical and mechanical systems. The team will ensure that the customer experience is optimal and gratifying through consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. /p pIdeal candidates understand how data centre IT infrastructure and data centre facilities infrastructure coexist. They will provide assistance and support to the onsite team, ensuring overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels. Candidates will have demonstrated the ability to think outside the box and align the FOC with larger objectives of other business and peer organizations.
