We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our luxury dining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:

* Oversight of daily operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience.

* Planning, leading, and executing daily briefings, service strategies, and team schedules.

* Maintenance of operational excellence and implementation of SOPs to ensure service consistency.

* Leadership of staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
">
* Management of restaurant budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
">
* Analysis of KPIs and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and reduce overhead.
">
* Resolution of guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
">
* Coordination with Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality.
">
* Ensurance of full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health regulations.
">
* Collaboration with marketing teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns.
">
* Fostering relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele.
">
* Monitoring inventory and coordination with suppliers for timely restocking.
">
* Conduction of quality audits and inspections to maintain high service standards.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.

* Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience.

* Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
">
* Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.

* Proficiency in POS systems (Micros preferred), Excel, Word, Pascal, and reservation software (SevenRooms, OpenTable).

* Proficiency in Italian cuisines is a must.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Health & Safety and Hygiene Certification required.

* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
