PWe are looking for a Business Consultant Customer Success Consultant to support customer onboarding and ongoing success after Go-Live for our AI-driven Planning Pricing SaaS platform, including AI-based demand forecasting and optimizations. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating our technology's value, and providing technical and functional expertise post-sales. The ideal candidate has a background in business consulting, merchandise planning, pricing strategies, BI, or AI-driven analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. /ppbAbout The Team /b /ppCentric is expanding in the fashion / sports, beauty, and home markets with solutions in Product Lifecycle Management, Market Intelligence Trends, and Planning Pricing. /ppThe Planning Pricing Business Unit is a fast-growing, dynamic team offering opportunities for entrepreneurial individuals. The role reports to the VP of Customer Success Consulting - BU Planning Pricing. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliOwn and develop a portfolio of 5-10 customers /liliServe as the subject matter expert during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption /liliCollaborate with solution architects, data science, engineering, and project managers /liliCreate detailed business blueprints mapping customer processes onto our solutions /liliIdentify and recommend improvements in customer business processes /liliProvide feedback to product teams for enhancements /liliAnalyze markdowns and inventory optimizations, understanding AI models and managing customer acceptance /liliBuild strategic relationships and develop long-term roadmaps /liliManage QBRs, user training, change requests, and upgrades /liliConduct on-site or remote customer visits /liliCoordinate with Customer Support for high satisfaction and conduct surveys (NPS) /liliMonitor and improve customer success processes /liliDocument customer interactions and follow up on configurations, incidents, and requests /liliWork with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell opportunities /liliContinuously improve project and service management processes /liliTrack all customer-specific efforts accurately /li /ulpbWhat You Bring /b /pliDegree in business, management, merchandising, or related field /liliExperience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably in fashion lifestyle /liliStrong analytical and reasoning skills /liliSolution-oriented approach with good communication skills and customer focus /liliDriven, eager to learn, and challenge-ready /liliComfortable in SaaS environments and hierarchical communication /liliAbility to translate business processes into solution designs and roadmaps /liliBusiness-fluent English; additional languages are a plus /liliProficiency with Office and BI tools /liliWillingness to travel occasionally; primarily remote service /liliEnjoy working in a diverse, multinational team /lipCentric Software is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
