What you’ll be doing
* Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner, without causing any damage to furniture or customers’ property.
* Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know you’re on your way to their address.
* Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave them with any rubbish to dispose of.
* Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do.
* Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer.
