You will support CEVA Logistics' commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.What you will doAs Air Export Operator your main responsibilities will include:Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.Invoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers.Reporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.Coordination: Collaborating
