Join Revolution Foods as a Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with our Southern California leadership team to drive HR strategy, support a workforce of approximately 200 employees, and help advance key organizational priorities. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, workforce management, and change leadership. You'll bring structure, insight, and empathy to help build and support a high-performing, values-aligned workplace culture. Key Focus Areas Collaboration, Communication, and Culture Champion our mission and core values across all levels of the organization Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats Navigate ambiguity using emotional intelligence and solution-focused thinking Build trust through confidentiality, empathy, and consistent follow-through Coach and empower employees and leaders to foster alignment and engagement Experience, Execution, And Excellence Lead employee relations and workplace investigations with fairness and integrity Manage workforce processes and provide hands-on HR support at all levels Ensure compliance with California employment laws and HR best practices Lead and support change management initiatives aligned with business goals Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills for workforce analytics and reporting Use HRIS systems (UKG preferred) to manage employee lifecycle activities A Trusted Advisor and Strategic Partner Support both salaried and hourly teams with inclusive and scalable HR solutions Collaborate with Corporate Counsel and senior leadership on complex issues Anticipate workforce risks and implement proactive strategies to address them Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and engagement What We're Looking For 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations Experience supporting a workforce of 200 employees across hourly and salaried roles In-depth knowledge of California employment law Fluency in both English and Spanish (required) Experience with HRIS systems Proven ability to lead change, build strong relationships, and work in fast-paced environments Proficiency with intermediate Excel for data reporting and analysis Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on HR experience Must be available to work onsite five days a week Schedule: 5 days onsite 2 days/week: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 3 days/week: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Salary Range: $72,000 - $102,000 Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Human Resources Industries Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Revolution Foods by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for "Human Resources Business Partner" roles.
