We are looking for Night Auditor and Senior Receptionists for our Hotels. Main Responsibilities - Check in guests, answer phones and manage reservations - Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies - Process invoices and fiscal needs - Reconcile accounts - Balance the cash drawer and log receipts - Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts - Keep accurate financial records and ledgers - Help prepare for forecasts and audits - Be able to coordinate, prioritize and take decisions in case of need - Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs - Maintaining and improving hotel standards - Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them - Communicate with other hotel’s departments in order to deliver high standard services - Anticipate Daily needs and support colleagues in case of need. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, in big hotels with restaurant and strong accounting focus for at least 3-5 years in italian companies would be considered a plus: - Fluent in English is mandatory; French and/or German are considered a plus - Able to manage stressful situations - Keen to problem solving - Experience with accounting and facility management software - Excellent math skills - An eye for detail - Good problem-solving skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to multitask - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Availability to work overnight - Being trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic and details oriented - T-Shaped profiles are more than welcome - Work Passionate!
