Role description:
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will contribute to a wide range of global marketing activities, including content creation, campaign execution, and event support. The role is designed for a motivated individual who is willing to grow professionally and develop both technical and interpersonal skills within a structured, international group.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor competitors and industry news
Conduct market research and organize market insights
Develop visual materials, incl. brochures, graphics, and other marketing assets
Support digital and social media campaigns, including analytics
Assist in events such as trade fairs and corporate celebrations
Support webinars, digital events, and the development of new marketing tools
Requirements:
Education:
A degree in Marketing & Communications, or related fields, is considered a plus.
Professional experience:
Previous experience in B2B marketing & communications is an advantage.
Technical skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of LinkedIn and WeChat
Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
Strong proficiency in English
Soft skills:
Strong content creation & copywriting skills
Basic visual design and presentation skills
Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
Good project coordination and multitasking abilities
