Key Responsibilities
* Lead demand planning processes for multiple markets and sectors, coordinating with product lines and supply chain teams.
* Manage tactical and operational forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Participate in digital transformation initiatives, owning end-to-end demand planning processes.
* Monitor KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements.
* Collaborate with Data Science teams to enhance forecasting algorithms.
* Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for demand planning.
Additional Duties
* Support local demand planning teams in implementing standardized processes.
* Manage demand plans and improve forecast accuracy across markets and sectors.
* Lead continuous improvement efforts and support the rollout of new tools and processes.
