Our Customer, a prestigious Company operating within the manufacturing field is looking for a:_ _ HR Development & Recruiting Manager - Posizione: He/She will contribute in accelerating company growth as steward of culture, talent and change. Reporting to the Industrial HR Director, he/she will collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to focus recruiting needs and create strategic solutions that foster development of talent across the Company. The person will be responsible for the enhancement of individual and organizational performances by offering an array of innovative and diverse programs in support of the organization’s commitment to people development. Main Accountabilities: - Retain high-performing and talented people by People Development Programs increasing the level of employees’ satisfaction & motivation - Support the organization in designing and implementing leadership/talent development programs - Manage the Performance Appraisal process, Performance Improvement Plans, assessment/development centers, leadership and individual development programs - Perform Career Interviews - Ensure data coverage and data quality of the talent management system - Develop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programs and proceed with Designing & run the Learning offer - Participate in and support Employer Branding initiatives also focusing on the Group needs - Ensure reporting on recruiting and mobility actions. - Manage end to end recruitment/talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives Requisiti: Qualifications / Professional Capabilities: - _8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in recruiting and talent development roles_ - _Master’s degree_ - _Strong knowledge of recruitment, employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies_ - _Project Management methods and techniques and analytical skills_ - _Proficiency use Microsoft Office _ - _Fluency in English_ - _Assessment method experience_ Altre informazioni: - Job location: Province of Alessandria_
