We are currently looking for a
* Media Planning Assistant Manager
* located in Milan.
The Media Planning Assistant Manager (AM) will be responsible for managing offline and online media budgets and campaigns, coordinating daily tasks aligned with the company's business strategy. The role involves managing internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and media vendors.
Main responsibilities include:
* Developing media planning strategies
* Managing budget allocation, campaign implementation, and ROI monitoring across various media channels such as TV, digital (Display, VOD, SNS, SEA, Lead Acquisition), print, radio, OOH/DOOH, and cinema campaigns
* Managing agency relationships
* Ensuring GDPR compliance in media marketing activities
* Coordinating with local campaigns for synergy
* Reporting periodically with strategic insights to enhance future media plans
* Identifying new marketing channels, services, or partnership opportunities
* Monitoring industry trends and competitors to foster innovation
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communication
* At least 3 years of previous marketing experience
* Over 4 years of experience specifically in media planning
Skills and Language Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent project and budget management skills
* Structured, data-driven mindset
* Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels as a team player
