Within the Group Chief Investment Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team, focusing on Investment-Linked Insurance Products (ILIP).
This role will support the strategic oversight, performance analysis, and development of investment-linked insurance products across the Group, working closely with local business units, asset managers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Monitoring ILIP product performance, investment exposures, and alignment with customer value propositions
* Developing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to track UL/pension product performance
* Coordinate with local entities to ensure consistent and timely reporting
* Contributing to the development of new ILIP offerings and enhancements to existing products
* Support in the implementation of Group-level investment governance for ILIP products
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies, Solvency II, and other regulatory frameworks
* Assisting in preparing materials for internal committees and regulatory reporting
* Liaising with local investment teams, actuarial functions, and Group Asset Managers to ensure consistent practices and information flow
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in insurance, asset management, or financial services, with exposure to unit-linked or pension products
* Solid understanding of investment-linked insurance structures, fund performance metrics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, PRIIPs, IDD)
* Hands-on experience with investment data platforms such as Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg Terminal, or Refinitiv
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
* Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset
