We are now seeking an Event Specialist to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events (Italy and abroad).
* Coordinate with vendors (venues, booth setup, catering, agencies, promotional materials, printing suppliers).
* Provide operational support before, during, and after events.
* Assist with travel and logistics coordination for team members (Italy and London branch).
* Update contact databases and manage post-event lead follow-up in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
* Support the creation of promotional materials (presentations, brochures, landing pages, email campaigns).
* Monitor event KPIs and contribute to reporting activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
* Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
* Good command of English.
* knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint /Google Slides
