PpWe are looking for an HR Manager to lead the full HR agenda of our bmanufacturing Plant in Ancona. /b /p pThe role requires strong operational ownership, ensuring effective daily HR Plant management, a robust and hands‑on industrial relations capability, and a strategic HR Business Partnering mindset, supporting the execution of company culture together with the local Management Team. /p h3What You Will Do: /h3 ul liManage local Industrial Relations with Unions/RSU, negotiate and draft internal agreements, and guide daily IR activities; /li liPartner with the local Leadership Team to support business priorities and workforce effectiveness by cascading a team leadership model that builds trust and encourages collaboration; /li liWorkforce planning, budgeting, and personnel cost forecasting; /li liSupport recruitment for both White Collar and Blue Collar populations; /li liSupport Talent Development initiatives, identifying critical skills, career growth pathways, and retention actions, in line with COE strategy; /li liDrive Performance Management processes, coaching managers to set clear objectives and ensure fair evaluations that promote accountability, meritocracy, and business performance; /li liOversee training activities to support upskilling, reskilling, and organizational development; /li liMonitor, analyze, and leverage key HR KPIs to support informed decision‑making; /li liFoster a positive employee experience by enhancing the Employee Value; /li liProposition and promoting a culture of empowerment, trust, and openness; /li liManage all contractual, legal, and administrative HR processes together with HR Administration. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For: /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Law, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields; /li li5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment; /li liWillingness to travel frequently to our offices in Rome; /li liStrong, proven experience in Industrial Relations and Union/RSU management; /li liSolid analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actions; /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across both White Collar and Blue Collar populations; /li liFluent Italian and good English. /li /ul pbAngelini Pharma is an equal Opportunity Employer /b. /p pWe believe that diversity is a huge value that contributes to individual and company success.
