Restaurant Manager Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, managing communication with customers and staff, and maintaining high standards in food & beverage services.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests. They will be responsible for managing several key areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
2. Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
