About the Job /GTM Specialist Base:Milan, Italy
We are looking for a motivated and business-driven GTM Specialist to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for the full Go-To-Market lifecycle of our smartphone product portfolio—from strategic planning to post-launch performance tracking. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, After Sales) to ensure each product is successfully positioned, launched, and managed throughout its lifecycle.
This is a dynamic and strategic role at the intersection of product, market, and customer, requiring both analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
Lead the GTM planning for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, promotion, and channel strategy (4Ps).
Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to support product decisions and positioning.
Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust GTM strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
Align internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent execution across retail and online channels.
Prepare regular reporting and performance analysis to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support channel partners with product training, materials, and planning.
Conduct market sensing and competitive research to track pricing, promotions, and key messaging of competitors.
Manage product lifecycle and coordinate with key accounts on assortment planning, pricing, and sell-in/sell-out activities.
Provide creative input on campaign ideas and value propositions based on product strategy.
Native Chinese; full professional proficiency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Management Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or GTM execution is preferred.
