We are looking for a **PL Product Marketing** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the **Product Line Director** and functionally to **Product Marketing**.
You will be responsible for all product and sales topics for the product line. You work closely with the relevant contacts in Sales, Marketing and After-Sales. In this context, you involved in such activities as planning of product definition, target setting, price/volume figures, positioning, market research and life cycle planning.
- The PL Product Marketing serves as the "voice of the customer", defines concept proposals and evaluates development results from a market perspective and requests modifications or additions to product content if required
- Responsible for defining product concept and positioning, product requirements, target setting, price/volume figures, market research and life cycle management
- Responsible for defining, pricing and managing Optional and "Ad Personam" contents
- Accountable for deriving product, price and volume measures in case of target deviation and eventually requesting modifications or additions to product content
- Responsible for defining and managing Sales activities plan for the Product Line in coordination with the Planner
- Accountable for coordinating all sales-related decisions of the product line with the Sales division (e.g., Product Grid)
- Interface in the Product Line for After Sales topics, responsible for calling After Sales function for specific requests
- Accountable for defining and managing commercial levers to support product launch
**About you**
- Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of development and Production processes, marketing and commercial processes
- Experience in Automotive/Metal mechanics companies
