Experteer OverviewAs Maintenance Supervisor, you lead a technical team to ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will drive preventive maintenance programs, coordinate maintenance activities, and uphold safety and quality standards to maximize plant performance. You collaborate across functions to resolve uptime and equipment issues and steer continuous improvement.
