Affidea operates diagnostic and cancer treatment centers in 15 countries across Europe.Your main responsibilitiesThe candidate will be part of the Italian HR Department supporting the team in the HR administration activities.In particular she/he will:Manage the data entry/migration in the new HRIS (Zucchetti Infinity) and maintain it updated;Manage new joiner’s (employees and contractors) documentations upload into the HRIS;Support the HR team in the processes of attendance recording, holiday planning, etc.;Support the HR team in the recruiting processes;Support to the organization of training courses.The ideal candidateThe ideal candidate will have the following requirements:proactivity, goals oriented, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;graduation in Economical/Juridical or equivalent;a good practice in excel;fluency in English is a nice to have.We OfferWe offer a 6 months internship
