FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM DECEMBER
We are looking for a creatively inclined and highly organized Creative Operations Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
This is a hands-on role in which you'll work closely with our Creative Strategy and Operations teams to support the development and delivery of high-impact presentations and assist in day-to-day creative workflows.
Your Impact
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
* Create, update, and refine presentations using Keynote. Maintain a library of brand and creative decks, ensuring version control and consistent formatting.
* Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Operations leads on internal and external briefs and provide general administrative support.
* Support the coordination of creative projects, timelines, and deliverables.
* Assist in preparing documents, recaps, and reports that support ongoing creative work.
* Conduct research and gather reference material to inspire new ideas and initiatives.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a creative or creative-adjacent field.
* Fluent in both English and Italian.
* Digitally-savvy, with a focus on Keynote proficiency.
* Enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experiences in design, communications, marketing, or a related field are a nice to have.
