CNC 5-Axis Machinist | Long-Term Contract | Italy
We are pleased to offer a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced CNC 5-axis machinist to support high-precision manufacturing operations within the composites sector. This role will support a prestigious client based in Modena, Italy.
Role Details
* Location: Modena, Italy
* Position: CNC 5-Axis Machinist (Siemens / Belotti)
* Industry: Composites (tooling and component manufacturing)
* Contract Type: Long-term contract
* Shift Pattern: 5 on / 2 off, approximately 45 hours per week
* Start Date: ASAP (or later in the year)

Requirements
* Proven experience operating CNC 5-axis machines
* Experience with Siemens control systems (essential)
* Experience with Belotti machines (highly desirable)
* Strong background working with composite materials and tooling blocks
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM data
* Good understanding of tight tolerances and high-quality standards
* Right to work in the EU (no sponsorship available)
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and monitor CNC 5-axis machines
* Machine composite materials and tooling blocks to precise specifications
* Interpret technical drawings and machining programs
* Perform adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished components
* Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
