Responsibilities
* Your main tasks
* Supporting the Customs&Trade Compliance Manager in customs, import and export control operations
* Making the EX and IM declaration using the correct customs regulations, correct HS code, customs value and origins in DEOWEB
* Data and documents checking for EX and IM customs clearance purpose
* Give clearance instruction to carriers
* Contact with the Customs Authority to ensure the correctness of customs clearance process
* Contact with Customs Brokers on international level
* Manage all Customs communication with Freight Forwarders and internal stakeholders
* I-VISTO : checks and reporting
* Maintaining records of import and export shipments for compliance audit
* Extra costs checking
* Reporting
* Manage the daily last mile activities and whereas necessary develop further the Tools for the Last Mile management and ensure its constant update.
* Update the shipping instructions and the SOP whereas necessary.
* Assist Purchasing & Sales team with scoping projects and developing proposals.
* Constantly monior ETA and ETD dates, perform bookings at destination country with Carriers and through the applicable Tools, engage and follow the import customs activity on all shipments, check and certify the extra-costs at destination country.

* English : on good communication level
* Ability to adopt to rapid changes, work with a sense of urgency
* Ability to work cross-functionality and collaboratively with positive attitude to work and people
