On behalf of an international Real Estate Developer with a portfolio of directly owned commercial properties, we are currently seeking a Leasing Manager. /p pThis is a key position offering high visibility and autonomy within a lean local structure. The selected candidate will play a strategic role in the commercial success of the company's assets in Italy, contributing to occupancy targets and long-term value creation. /p pThe Leasing Manager will report locally and interact regularly with international stakeholders at HQ level, collaborating with external partners as well as the internal Project Management and Property teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement leasing strategies for both existing and development-phase assets in Italy; /li liLead direct negotiations with prospective tenants, including commercial and contractual terms; /li liCoordinate and monitor external brokers and advisors involved in the leasing process; /li liDevelop leasing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, fact sheets), in collaboration with agencies or with the support of the international HQ; /li liDrive the promotion of available spaces, including participation in sector events and pre-letting campaigns; /li liWork closely with the internal Project Development team to align technical specifications with leasing targets; /li liInterface with the property manager to ensure consistency between commercial agreements and operational management; /li liConduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform positioning and pricing strategies; /li liProvide regular reports on leasing pipeline, deal status, occupancy, and related KPIs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or related disciplines; /li liAt least 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a real estate developer, institutional investor, or owner-side advisory firm; /li liProven experience in leasing commercial properties, with a strong preference for office asset class exposure; /li liStrong knowledge of Italian leasing practices and commercial real estate market dynamics; /li liProven ability to manage leasing negotiations independently; /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); /li liComfortable working in an international environment with multicultural stakeholders; /li liProactive, results-driven, with excellent relationship management skills. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 ul liMid-Senior level /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 ul liFull-time /li /ul h3Job Function /h3 ul liOther /li /ul pAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
