In this engaging position' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate travel plans' accommodations' and tourism-related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with bookings' addressing questions about services and destinations' and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel experience. Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to hospitality and tourism. - Assist customers with making reservations' providing information on hotels' tours' and local attractions. - Handle questions regarding service options' availability' and pricing. - Effectively resolve customer complaints and service issues with professionalism. - Document interactions and feedback to improve service offerings. - Collaborate with hospitality partners to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on promotions' events' and trends in the tourism sector. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' particularly within the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. - Ability to multitask and effectively manage various customer inquiries. - Familiarity with customer service software or booking systems is a plus. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays as required.
