Sviluppare tutte le interazioni e iniziative con gli Stakeholders esterni assegnati per finalità medico-scientifiche (Scientific Engagement), inclusi incontri di raccolta di insights, aggiornamenti medico-scientifici, alerting sulla safety dei prodotti, e risposte a domande specifiche degli Operatori Sanitari. Supportare gli Investigators, indicando loro le aree di interesse di ricerca dei prodotti GSK e facilitando la sottomissione di "investigator sponsored study" (ISS). Svolgere attività di training medico-scientifico a supporto dei Collaboratori della Rete di Informazione Scientifica per assicurare un alto livello di preparazione scientifica, sia in preparazione al lancio di nuovi prodotti che continuativamente, in collaborazione con il Medical Lead e il Medical Advisor. Garantire la compliance delle attività svolte per lo sviluppo dei prodotti assegnati e monitorare l’efficacia ed efficienza della propria attività di Medical Affairs. Partecipare attivamente ai Meetings Interfunzionali Regionali e ai congressi scientifici per tenersi aggiornati sulle evoluzioni scientifiche dell’area terapeutica e affrontare con sicurezza discussioni scientifiche con esperti esterni. Why You? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Laurea in Medicina o Discipline Scientifiche. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di interazione medico-scientifica all’interno della Direzione Medical Affairs. Residenza preferibilmente in Toscana Conoscenza del Business e Marketing farmaceutico. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta. Conoscenza delle normative di settore e aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance). Competenze comunicative efficaci e capacità di personalizzare le informazioni per diversi pubblici. Capacità di tradurre la complessità scientifica in messaggi semplici e di comunicare attraverso più canali, inclusi webinar.
