Position Summary The Database Sustainment Specialist III (DSS III) serves as a senior on-site DMLSS/LogiCole FM expert at facilities with multiple DSS personnel. This role acts as the primary liaison between Facility Management staff and DSS personnel, providing advanced sustainment, quality assurance, and performance oversight for DMLSS/LogiCole FM data and processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform all duties of a DSS I with increased complexity and leadership responsibility.
Serve as the direct liaison between Facility Management staff and DSS personnel.
Validate and oversee facility, room, RPIE, and system inventories.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of DMLSS/LogiCole FM data and processes.
Support advanced project, requirement, and regulatory compliance modules.
Assist with performance evaluations and mentoring of DSS personnel.
Coordinate with DHA, AOR Managers, and Facility Operations Specialists.
Support site assessments, inspections, and DHA‑directed data calls.
Ensure sustained compliance with DHA data standards and reporting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma.
Five (5) years of experience with DMLSS/LogiCole FM.
Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work full‑time on‑site at assigned facility.
Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and required background investigations.
