We are currently looking for a Project/Marketing manager - (short term)seeking short-term employment or project-based contract (start date - Now till May) Responsibilities - Maintain communication and relationships with media houses and outlets to retain current media partnerships and help establish new ones. - Work closely with content and design time on the creation of marketing materials for upcoming projects; - Liaise with artistic departments of collaborating organisations and venues to establish promotion for upcoming events; - Monitor project deliverables; - Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day updates on project status and changes; - Oversee social media platforms of certain projects; - Work with video and photo production teams; Essential requirements - Commercial approach, negotiation skills, and a tenacious approach to getting the ‘deal’ - Able to deliver market analysis to boost sales, product development and strategic goals - Well-educated graduate - An ability to empathise and understand foreign cultures - A very high level of spoken and written English. - Knowledge of other languages is beneficial. - Excellent communication/presentation skills, with a charming and outgoing personality - Possesses excellent organisation skills - meticulous and well-structured, with a good command of Excel - Eager to learn, able to take criticism, and be self-critical - Willing to travel abroad for projects for set periods of time.
