JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Product Owner in the eCommerce area to join our growing Product team within the Digital Department. Come, build with us! RESPONSIBILITIES The Catalog Product Owner will oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Product Information Management (PIM) system and related catalog processes. This role involves acting as the platform administrator, collaborating with key stakeholders to lead the catalog roadmap, and managing integrations, migrations, workflows, and governance. Specifically, the candidate will : Drive the development of catalog-related tools with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, engineering, marketing, partners); Manage relationships and collaborate with software engineers, e-Operations, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and UX / UI designers to understand needs and deliver results; Own the catalog roadmap, focusing on core features and components; Communicate strategy, progress, and insights with partners and stakeholders; Identify and solve technical and functional problems within the ecosystem; Plan and execute testing (unit, regression, integration, acceptance) for catalog system enhancements; Identify opportunities to leverage the PIM application to improve business processes and data governance; Develop training materials and assist in training users on system use; Manage project execution and support system rollout strategies, including change management. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in cross-functional teams. Over 6 years’ experience with product information management platforms (PIM), visual merchandising platforms, and digital asset management platforms (DAM), with familiarity with Akeneo, Algolia, and Fluid4 being advantageous. Master’s degree or equivalent in business management or engineering. Experience with SCRUM, Agile, or Design Sprint methodologies. Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira.
