As a seasoned Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding. You will be responsible for verifying payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
About the Role
The successful candidate will act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes owning and driving employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Main Responsibilities:

* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements
We are seeking an international HR professional with experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages (e.g., German, French) being a plus.
