Application technical leader

Ph3Job Description /h3 pDXC Technology Italy is looking for a Technical Leader to join our Application Service DXC Team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions). /li liAnalyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems using appropriate solutions/tools. /li liInteract with client‑facing colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to understand the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategy. /li liStay current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies. /li liLead a small team, mentor and guide less senior developers in designing solutions. /li /ul h3Education and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree (technical fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering preferred). /li liExperience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, cloud‑based applications and micro‑services architecture and patterns. /li liStrong technical experience writing code in Java EE, Spring (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot), single‑page application frameworks, micro‑services, Docker, design patterns, architecture design, SQL and NoSQL databases. /li liFamiliarity with software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps practices. /li liAbility to use web‑development tools for new applications. /li liBasic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. /li liStrong analytical skills, problem‑solving focus, decision‑making ability, teamwork. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pBari with smart‑working possibility. /p h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40,000, determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement and based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience, and skills. /p ul liHealth insurance /li liAccident coverage for permanent disability /li liMeal vouchers /li liSupplemental pension plan /li liSmart‑working agreement /li liEmployee discounts program /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
