You will have the task of performing all needed transactions related to inbound & outbound material flow by the PPG IT system (R12)

**Responsibilities**:
- Inbound material receiving: Transports documentation checking to verify material / quantity matches with Purchase Order
- Check shipping documents are compliant (delivery note, CMR, Certificate of Analysis)
- Perform Purchase Order receipt in R12
- Prepare internal docs for unloading material
- Collaborates and support Procurement function
- Order processing (Sales Order pick list validation)
- shipping documents preparation, check documents compliance with current operating procedures (correct item description, number of package, quantity, lot number, expire dates) ; compliance with ADR requirements (UN number, proper shipping name, class, packing group)
- interfacing with OTM Wroclaw for shipment booking; OTM performing for sea container shipment;
- Pack & ship sampling via DHL
**Qualifications**:
- Good knowledge about transportation standards: ADR/RID, ICAO/IATA, IMDG;
- Knowledge English language
- Know-how of the PPG IT system (R12) + OTM
