MOELLHAUSEN, Italian company with over 50 years of experience and an international reference in the fragrance and flavor industry, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the Institutional Marketing & Communication team at its new headquarters in Caponago (Milan area).
The role will support institutional communication and branding activities, contributing to the organization of events, content production, and the execution of marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Director, Institutional Marketing & Communication, the position involves collaboration with internal teams as well as external agencies and partners.
What we are looking for:
Within a fast-paced, excellence-oriented environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and hands-on approach, with focus on Event Management and Content Production, contributing to the brand's positioning across fine perfumery, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, and fashion ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of institutional events (corporate events, trade shows, PR activities)
* Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of activities, in line with timelines and budget guidelines
* Support the creation and update of content (presentations, corporate materials, digital and offline assets)
* Contribute to branding and communication initiatives, ensuring consistency in image and messaging
* Support the organization and management of communication materials and content repositories
* Monitor activities and support the collection and analysis of KPIs
* Conduct market and competitor analysis on marketing and communication trends
* Collaborate with internal functions to support the implementation of initiatives
* Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely reporting of activities
Profile & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communication or related disciplines
* Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in B2B environments
* Strong aesthetic sensitivity and interest in luxury, beauty, fashion, or related industries
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* A creative mindset combined with strong executional rigor and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
* Proactivity and results orientation
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and content workflows
* Fluent in English (additional languages considered a plus)
* Openness to innovation, emerging technologies, and evolving communication models
