Description
The role involves understanding all elements of the assigned hospitality programme, developing and delivering host training, and roster management for the host team both pre-event and onsite.
These are contract roles starting in October 2025 until March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-event planning and implementation
* Coordination of on-site operations related to host training and game-time operations
* Coordination of the iLUKA host team
* Understanding the Hospitality programme, daily schedule, team roles, responsibilities, and expectations
* Developing detailed training plans for client training
* Planning and attending site trips and client meetings
* Producing team and client documentation
* Managing on-site operations
* Establishing effective operational systems for host team movements
* Establishing communication systems within the host team and with management
* Coordinating all elements of the hospitality programme related to the host team
* Identifying specific training needs and developing manuals
* Providing end-of-programme reports
* Managing the day-to-day activities of the host team
* Familiarising the team with facilities and event venues
* Ensuring comprehensive training on guest contact points
* Preparing an Operations Manual with essential information and contacts
