We are searching for an: Executive Assistant to the CEO Italy
Required activities:
* Manage the CEO's agenda, organize meetings, trips, and report on appointments and deadlines to optimize scheduling.
* Handle daily correspondence via email and phone calls.
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
* Translate documents from and to English.
* File documents, and manage archives and databases.
* Prepare materials for CEO meetings and support by designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations.
* Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., bank, post office visits).
* Assist the CEO during trips to stores in Italy.
Requisiti:
* At least five years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies.
* Fluent in English (Level C1 or higher); knowledge of German is a plus.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables).
* Degree in foreign languages, literature, or from a School of interpreters and translators.
Level placement and salary will be based on experience.
