As a customer service representative' you will assist clients with their inquiries and support them in navigating financial products and services in Italian. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to financial products' services' and account management via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding account setups' transactions' and financial services. - Assist with troubleshooting account-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process. - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism' aiming for high customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up. - Collaborate with technical departments to address any issues impacting customer experience. - Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide valuable insights to customers. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' ideally in the FinTech or financial services industry. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic financial concepts. - Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as necessary.
