We're seeking a Technical 3D Artist to manage our post-production workflows and help streamline our 3D content creation pipeline. You'll work hands-on with 3D scanned assets, transforming them into production-ready content for world-class brands while identifying opportunities to improve our workflows through automation and tool support.

Manage post-production workflows and tools for 3D scanned assets, ensuring quality and consistency across projects
Contribute to building our internal 3D asset library
Deliver production-ready assets that meet client specifications and quality standards
Assist on designing tools for derived 3D contents
Interface with enterprise clients to understand project requirements
Collaborate with developers to translate production needs into software features
Provide artistic and technical input on quality standards and artistic workflows
3+ years of experience in 3D production, technical art, or related field
~ Understanding of PBR workflows, material systems, and lighting
~ Strong proficiency in 3D software (Houdini, Blender or similar)
~ g Python, Plugins)
~ Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D work and problem-solving abilities
Experience with photogrammetry or 3D scanning workflows
Familiarity with 3D asset optimization for gaming
Background in procedural workflows (Substance, Blender, Houdini)
